Like all of the current BeBook eReaders, the BeBook ‘Club’ uses E-ink technology to ensure reading from the BeBook Club is the closest experience users will find to reading from traditional paper. This technology ensures users have maximum contrast and readability, just like a regular book and the best part is; users can even read in the brightest sunlight.

To enhance users reading experience the BeBook ‘Club’ has a 6 inch screen and contains all features users expect from an eReader, such as the ability to change and enlarge the text and apply bookmarks.

In true BeBook tradition, all popular file formats are supported. Of course the BeBook Club supports the PDF and ePub format, both with and without Adobe DRM (copy protection). But there’s more: the reader can take their own documents ‘on the road’ with a broad range of file formats: .doc, .txt, .HTML, .djvu, .chm, .fb2, mobipocket (non DRM). Almost any file format containing text can be used on the BeBook Club!

The reader can even take their pictures and music on the road: for music playback MP3, and WAV formats can be used and for pictures Jpg, Tiff, Gif, Png and Bmp are all supported. The improved battery life gives up to 12.000 page views, 25 hours plus of music playback, or a combination of both. By using the USB cable (included) and the USB 2.0 port to upload hundreds of books from the user’s computer and in minutes and read for at least a month on a single battery charge!
