iPhone robot, is there an end to what the iPhone can do!

This story has been picked up on technology websites all over the world today.

A robot hobbyist has developed an application that lets the iPhone 3GS function as the brain and face of miniature humanoid robot, Robochan.

It’s made from a Kondo KHR-2HV humanoid which has had its head replaced by an iPhone which controls the machine.

The little fella has multiple functions – he’s an alarm clock, a private dancer, can wave stuff around and even interact with his owner (kind of). We’d like one round the office, if only to see whether his tea making was up to scratch.
