Mobile World Congress, the world’s largest mobile phone conference kicked off yesterday in Barcelona where over 1,300 exhibitors were showcasing the latest in mobile technology.

Major announcements included:

A robot hobbyist has developed an application that lets the iPhone 3GS function as the brain and face of miniature humanoid robot, Robochan.

Didn’t really see anything new, however I am spoilt in the sense that the job takes me to ces, cebit and ifa etc…

A few of us are off to the Gadget Show tomorrow and we are really looking forward to it!
